We need to get back a bit quicker than we had first thought
so we got up and pressed on today. We
are heading for the spot where we have moored before just outside Kings Langley
under the M25!
19 locks, 8 miles and one swing bridge later we arrived at
our usual spot – there were no other boats but we had done enough chugging and
locking for one day so stopped anyway.
Leaving Berkhamsted - the second of many locks today. |
Potted Autumn. |
Lock gate garden! |
Safari boat. |
We will capture every last drop of sunshine! |
Making our way through Hemel Hempstead. |
Lochness Monster. |
Drunk rubber duck! |
And arriving at our spot by the M25! |
