We decided to walk back to the shops before setting off this
morning which means we won’t have to worry about finding a shop again tomorrow.
The sky is blue, a few fluffy white clouds and the sun is
shining but oh boy is it windy!
We managed to do six locks and five miles before we gave in
and moored. Here we are back in Ivinghoe
another place that we have stopped at twice before but the views over the
Chilterns are lovely and it is quiet and safe here.
Feeling cold in the wind we’ve got a fire going and will
batten down the hatches and stay inside!

Leaving the mooring in Leighton Buzzard which proved to be a peaceful night! |
