Through Elton and Warmington Locks. Emergency stop at Fotheringhay Bridge to remove the chimney again! It’s beautiful around here and the weather has cheered up too. You can moor here at Castle Farm for £4 a night. Through Perio, Cotterstock, Ashton, Lower Barnwell, Upper Barnwell, Lilford and Wadenhoe Locks arriving at the Kings Head at 4pm. Great Meal and nice mooring.

The bridge at Fotheringhay - will our chimney go under there?
No - quick Steve, take it down.
The water level is so high - when the lock is full it is running over the back.
This looks fun - although they seem to spend most of their time stuck in the mud!
